Ingredients:
8 oz linguine (I used Organic Ancient Harvest Quinoa Linguine)
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups snow peas chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
Directions:
- Cook noodles in water with a splash of olive oil
- Combine chicken broth, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk until smooth then remove from heat.
- Toss noodles with sauce and chicken.
