The First Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market

This summer a couple girlfriends and I came up with the idea to start a vintagy flea market in the Phoenix area. Our first Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market was a success!  We were amazed at the turnout all day and met a lot of great people. It was a lot of work in planning, set up, and tear down, but it was so worth it! It has grown way beyond what we expected. We did a lot of advertising, but someone, we don't know who, put us on the front page of the home and garden section in the newspaper. We had a line waiting at the gate before we opened at 8 am!  We had 25 venders and did over 10K in sales. ABC channel 15 wants us to come on the local morning show, Sonoran Living Live!  Pretty crazy.  Who would have ever thought!?  We're so excited for our next sale, a "Vintage Christmas Sale" November 11th-12th.

Our amazing husbands went to each of our houses and loaded up all our junk to bring to the sale and unloaded an the entire thing in the middle of the night!  The three of us filled a 26-foot Uhaul trailer to the brim!

My friend Falon designed this logo for our T-shirts:
